Returns & Refunds
Because our bars are perishable, we don’t accept returns.
If something’s off with your order (damaged, incorrect, or missing items), email us within 5 days of delivery at rachel@ziggybars.com and we’ll make it right.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A quick description of what happened
- Photos (if applicable)
Satisfaction Guarantee (First Order Only)
We stand behind our bars—and we want you to actually enjoy them.
If you're trying us for the first time and they’re not for you, just email us within 5 days of delivery and we’ll refund your first box.
A few quick notes:
- First order only
- Covers one box (10 bars)
- Online orders only
- Shipping is not included
Just send your order number to rachel@ziggybars.com and we’ll take care of it.
Not your flavor? Reach out—we’re happy to help you find one that might be a better fit.
Shipping Stuff
Once your order ships, it’s in the carrier’s hands (and sometimes they do their thing 😅).
- We’re not responsible for shipping delays
- Double-check your address at checkout—we can’t fix it after it ships
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs are on the customer
Refund Timing
If a refund is approved, it’ll go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Additional Notes
We reserve the right to limit refunds in cases of suspected misuse.
