Purchase Options & Subscription Cancellation Policy
If you’ve selected a subscription or recurring purchase option, your order will automatically renew based on the frequency you chose at checkout.
Managing Your Subscription
You can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account.

Cancellation Timing
To avoid being charged for your next order, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your next billing date.
If a cancellation request is made after this window, your upcoming order may already be processed and shipped.
Processed Orders
Once a subscription order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.

Updating Orders
You can update your subscription at any time, including:
- Changing flavors
- Skipping a delivery
- Updating your shipping address
